All of our guests—even the little ones—will be delighted by the treats prepared by Chef Francesco and his team of expert chefs. We serve four different menus daily, using exclusively natural ingredients and products from Trentino: the Gourmet Menu, for those who love fine dining; the Trentino Menu, for those who love local traditions; the Wellness Menu, with foods that promote cell renewal and reduce caloric intake; and the Baby Menu, which is designed exclusively for our littlest guests.
