Information about the prices

The rates means per person per day in “3/4 Gourmet All Inclusive”.

SPECIAL RATES FOR KIDS
The rates means per child and per day. They are valid with 2 full paying person in the room or suite.
From 0 to 2 years: 25,00 €; from 3 to 5 years: 35,00 €; from 6 to 11 years: 45,00 €; from 12 years: 20% reduction on the original price.

REDUCTION
•    Bed & Breakfast: reduction of 15,00 € on the price valid for the ¾ Alpine Gourmet All Inclusive.

SUPPLEMENTS
•    Full board supplement: you can book full board treatment with a supplement of 18,00 € for the adults and 14,00 € for the children (till 11 years old) per day. You can ask for packed lunch, it costs 8,00 €.
•    Double room as sole occupancy: supplement of 40% on the price in the Classic Room Merisana.
•    Room service: for the breakfast 5,00 € per person.
•    Garage: 5,00 € per day (free for the Suite and the Family Suite).

IMPORTANT NOTES
•    Payment: any extra during your stay will be put on your room bill. On departure day you can pay by cash, bank card or credit card (Visa and Master Card). Cheques are accepted only on arrival day.
•    Arrival and departure: check-in time from 2.00 pm till 6.00 pm. If you arrive later, please inform us. On departure day the check-out time is within 10.00 am. If your room is not booked on the departure day you can use it and our wellness centre till afternoon, paying 25,00 € per person (day use).
•    Cancellation Conditions: cancellations are annoying for both sides. We have comprehension if you can’t begin your booked journey. We please you to inform us in due time. The deposit is lost in case of cancellation until a week before the arrival date. For previous cancellation the amount of the deposit can be recovered on a following booking within 120 days from the date of the cancellation. In case of late arrival and early departure we charge the full amount of the reservation.
•    Meals: There are no reductions for meals not consumed.
