The rates are per person, per day for a minimum stay of 3 days. The prices are in Euro.
Included in the price: private car park facilities, rich breakfast buffet from 7.30 to 10 a.m.,
dinner with 3 menus of choice and salad, vegetables and desserts from our buffet to delight the most exigent taste,
every week a romantic gala dinner with candle lights, individually arranged menus
(vegetarian, diet, allergy), free access to the sauna world, infusions and juices corner in the Wellness
Wellness Centre: turkish bath, finnish sauna, thermarium Kneipp water treading pool, special showers, relaxation area
and Vitaminic Bar with Fit-Vital Oasi.
In summer are included: green card, mountain-bike, special dinner of "Ferragosto".
In winter are included: deposit with warm spaces for skiboots, ski-bus, special dinners of Christmas
and of New Year's Eve.

- Special family plan:
2 adults + 2 children (from 2-12 years) =
3 adults rate.
- Children staying in their parents'room:
from 0-2 yrs will be charged 15.00 euro inclusive of meals;
from 2-7 yrs will be given a 50% reduction;
from 7-12 yrs will be given a 30% reduction
- Third and fourth person in the room will be given a 10% discount on the original price.
- Short stays:
for a stay of one or two nights, there is a supplement of 6.00 euro per
person per day.
- Single room:
there is a supplement of 10.00 euro.
- Double room as single:
there is a 40% supplement.
- Garage:
6.00 euro per night are charged for the garage service.
- 4-legged friends:
small pets, of. max 10 kg (except for puppies), are allowed in the hotel
only on request and in rooms with wood floor with a supplement of 8.00 euro per day.
Pets are not allowed into the public areas.
The hotel staff decline any responsibility for damages to things and person caused by dogs.
The dogs'owners will be held responsible.
Arrivals and departures:
check-in time for our guest room starts at 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, you have access to all
the amenities of our hotel.
Arrivals are expected until 6 p.m. In case of delay please inform us. Please check out by 10 a.m. on departure day.
Room cancellation:
there are no costs for cancellations 4 weeks before the arrival date. Otherwise account can be reused for the
confirmation of a future booking before the end of the year.
Payments:
accepted cash, credit cards (Visa and Master). All the consummation will be charged on the room and paid at the
check-out moment.
