General booking conditions
Booking confirmation:
The reservation is considered valid as soon as you receive our written confirmation and paid a confirmation deposit.
Cancellation conditions:
- Up to two weeks before the arrival date, the amount of the deposit can be recovered on a new booking of equal or bigger duration within 365 days from the cancellation date.
- From 14 to 2 days before arrival the deposit is retained in the event of cancellations and no further penalties will be requested;
- From 1 day before arrival, in the event of a no show, late arrival or early departure the entire booked stay will be charged.
Terms of payment:
Any extra during your stay will be charged on your bill. The balance can be paid in cash within the limits of the law, debit card or credit card (Visa and MasterCard).

Our offers are not cumulative.
No smoking room:
All our rooms are not smoking room.
Beauty reservations:
We advise you to book in advance all the beauty treatments. It is very important to be punctual to the agreed appointments, otherwise the treatment session will have to be reduced. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment. In the event of short-term cancellation, 70% of the booking cost will be charged.
Full board supplement:
For the lunch you can go at the restaurant and order “à la carte”, without advance reservation. Or you can request an offer with full board treatment for the duration of the stay (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner).
Meals:
All not used meals will not be deducted, but it’s bossible to get a packed lunch to take away.
Christmas and New Year’s Eve:
No extra fee for Christmas Gala and New Year’s Gala with music and animation.
Double room as single occupancy:
Only on request.
Arrival and departure:
Check-in time from 2.00 pm. For arrivals after 6.00 pm please inform us. If you arrive later, please inform us.
On departure day the check-out time is within 10.00 am.
Day use:
If your room is still available on departing day you can ask for a day use. With a supplement of € 80,00 you can keep your room till the afternoon. Included in the price snack buffet and free access to the wellness center.
Room service:
It is possible to ask for room service with an extra fee of € 5,00 per person.
Pets:
We don’t accept "4-paws Friends".
Garage: € 10,00 per day (free for the Suite and the Family Suite). Outdoor private parking for free.
Travel light:
Have you ever dreamed of travel without bags? With a contracted courier you can find your luggage directly in your room or in your home.
